Before your appointment

Please bring the exact shoes and undergarments you plan to wear on your wedding day so we can achieve a flawless fit. You may either have your dress sent to our workshop or bring it with you to your appointment.

During your fitting

Your seamstress will take your measurements and pin your dress according to the alterations needed for a perfect fit. Common services include hemming, bustling, taking in the bodice, and adjusting straps or shoulders. The total cost will depend on the number and complexity of the alterations. At the end of your first fitting, your seamstress will review the required tasks and provide a final price. You’ll then schedule your next appointment to try on the dress once the alterations are complete. Please allow 3–6 weeks for turnaround.

At your second fitting

Please bring your shoes and undergarments again. You will try on your altered gown to confirm the fit. Any further adjustments will be assessed and completed then, or we will schedule a third fitting if needed. Dresses that include custom work—such as adding sleeves, detachable trains, or other bespoke details—often require three to four fittings.

After your final fitting

Once your final fitting is complete, you may take your dress with you. If you prefer, we can store it until you’re ready to pick it up; at that time we will steam and prepare it for your aisle-ready moment.
